This is absolutely
the type of job I love doing, modifying a piece of Land Rover kit. The customer
had purchased the item for his vehicle but 2 pieces needed cutting out for it
to align properly.
This what the
customer said:
"I ordered part
number LR008247 after checking instructions and finding various photos on Land
Rover’s website that appeared to show it fitting. When it turned up, these extra slots were
missing. Now, I have noticed that the picture on Land Rover’s website shows the
newer style."
It saved him the
time & inconvenience of having to send it back.
